Mayor Mulligan

Please meet Mayor Mulligan - a film by Andy Thompson’s Random Act Entertainment created for the 2010 Vancouver Film Race. This four minute movie was written, shot and edited in 24 hours on August 27/28. Location: Motel 2400 in Vancouver. Two screenings and five awards later Mayor Mulligan is going strong and stronger - according to his motto “Nothing’s Impossible” :)
